The executive team consists of Director, Assistant Directors, and Corporate Representative/Marketer. Director and Co-Founder of the corporation Mr. Sy Van Tran bring a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to this company. Before forming Minh Tai Corporation, Director Tran had worked in the state-owned automotive transportation enterprise in Dongnai Province where he served as a Chief Officer for 8 years. During his supervision, this enterprise was one of the highest profitable state-owned enterprises compared to others in Dongnai Province as well as the whole country. After left the state-owned enterprise, Director Tran has owned several transportation companies and they were all profitable until he sold them to form Minh Tai Corporation.

External Assistant Director Ms. Thuy Thu Do who served as a Chief Secretary under the supervision of Director Tran in the state-owned automotive transportation enterprise for 8 years. Now she has joined the spiritual of the number one remanufacture company in the world.

Internal Assistant Director Trung Van Pham before joining Minh Tai Corporation had owned several businesses and has solid skills and knowledge in agricultural and welding industries. Mr. Pham can rebuild farm tractors and other heavy equipment and turn them into completely high quality units.

Representative and Marketer Anthony Tran before joining Minh Tai Corporation had worked and involved with many management, financial, marketing, trading and investment, and consulting organizations around the world. He worked as a financial vice president and has handed on assistance in regulatory matters, sales and purchase of branches, capital development programs, comprehensive policies and procedures, designed and maintenance accounting and control systems, investigated on due diligence analysis of new product development and business expansion plans, assisted clients to comply with regulation and audit advisory, investigated on loan & credit problems, risk management & operational controls assistance, and compliance administration and corporate matters.

Anthony Tran had worked and involved with many foreign businesses, assisted import/export and due diligence evaluation, commercial investment advisory, general business & manufacturer representations, coordinated international business conference & international trade, international project review and evaluation, marketing research & study, and business plan consulting. He also worked as independent real estate investment consultant with Nationwide Real Estate Discounters Corporation since 1999, independent commercial loan broker with Wes-State Mortgage Inc. since 1997, and independent sales representative for NeTel Communication & Technology since 1998.

To qualify as an international business representative and marketer, Anthony Tran has earned a Doctorate Degree in Law, Masters of Business Administration Degree in Financial Management, Master of Business Administration Degree in Marketing Research, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Legal Studies. He is a member of the American Consultants League Institute since 1997.
